How do you prevent incorrect part deliveries during complex orders?
Every inquiry is cross-referenced by our engineering team using the vessel’s specific IMO number, maker details, and original equipment nameplate data before a final quotation is issued.
What information is mandatory to process an RFQ rapidly?
For maximum precision, please provide the Vessel Name, IMO Number, Equipment Maker, Model, Serial Number, and original part numbers from the manual.
What are your direct technical service and intervention locations?

Yes. We provide comprehensive installation and commissioning services regardless of the procurement source. Available 24/7, our technical division ensures the flawless execution of installation, testing, and commissioning processes for both the components we supply and any owner-supplied equipment.
Are your custom fabrications (boilers, heat exchangers) Class-Approved?
Yes. We provide full Class Society (IACS) certification for components that require statutory approval. For non-class items, manufacturing is still carried out in accordance with standard class norms, strictly following the technical management’s requirements.
What technical details are required to initiate custom fabrication orders?
For an accurate manufacturing process, we primarily require the maker, model, and serial number of the original unit (if applicable), along with exact dimensions, required material grades, and system specifications (e.g., working pressure, flange norms). If technical drawings or these details are unavailable, our engineering team can board the vessel to conduct a physical inspection and take precise measurements prior to production.
